This coaching tool allows a person to work in four planes: goal, significance, criteria, steps.

1 plane = target: What do I want?
At this stage, we determine the truth of the goals.
To do this, answer yourself the following questions: What do I want? And what will it give me? Why do I want it?
Then do a SMART goal setting where the goal should be
Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant and Time-bound.
2 plane = significance. The most important plane that determines the truth and your internal motivation for regular actions. We define at this stage the value, the truth of the goal and motivation.
To do this, answer yourself the following questions: Why is this important to me? What values correspond to my desires?
3rd plane = criteria. At this stage, we fix the final result and intermediate results. To do this, answer yourself the following questions: How will I know that I have achieved this? What will be the end result? The answers to these questions will help you fix the final and intermediate results, track your progress.
4 plane = steps. at this stage, we determine the resources, draw up a plan, do the decomposition and detailing of the steps. Ask yourself these questions: How can I achieve this? What resources do I already have?
